I'm in my late 60's and even though I am a good swimmer, restube gives me the confidence to swim in the sea, as of late I've had a couple of incidents where I felt at risk.
Given the drowning rate in Australia, restube should be used by many people who can't swim well or who are not familiar with local sea, river or lake conditions.
Families should at the very least have one of these sitting with a parent on the beach or bank because very often it's the rescuer who drowns trying t save children or someone in trouble.
